Multiple Service Locations
In Southern California the need to have multiple service locations is critical to our valued customers. We warehouse equipment in Orange and Los Angeles Counties and are on call 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. Response time in an emergency situation is when a communications vendor is put to the test; Telcom Solutions is prepared with crash kits and a technical team for all of the systems we support.

Service Agreements
The average business keeps their telephone system for ten years. Can you think of other investments in your company that you will keep this long, never the less be as critical as your communications system? Telcom Solutions services all of Avaya products. Service Agreements can oftentimes be helpful when budgeting the cost of a communications system. We offer three different tiers of service agreements in order to meet every customers needs. A Telcom Solutions Service Agreement gives you the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your business is backed by responsive, value-added support that ensures maximum communication reliability and uptime.

Local/Long Distance/ T-1/DSL
Who has the best rates? Which is the best calling plan for our company? Will our telephone vendor coordinate the installation of telco lines during our move?? Telcom Solutions will handle this part of your telecommunications, if you request, via our partnership with Telepacific. If your company is already engaged in a contract with a different carrier, we will gladly coordinate with them for any services you require.

Wiring is the backbone of a communications system. If your need is a single wire run or the wiring of an entire building, we have the experienced staff to complete any job on time.

Intelligent Dispatch
Remote diagnostic software provides our call center engineers the ability to analyze the situation prior to the dispatch of a technician.

On Site Move, Add and Change
System changes are a common part of supporting a dynamic communications network. A Telcom Solutions technician is only a call away and will be there when you need them.

Client Help Desk
Telcom Solutions is staffed with a Help Desk for all client requests. Our call center is equipped with the latest communications technology with specialized "800" numbers and custom greetings. Our Automated Ordering and Resource Deployment system is equipped with a database of client locations correlated with assigned associates to quickly respond to every request.

The Help Desk is available during Telcom Solutions's normal business hours, and is staffed to process every request within the same day. Emergency support on a 7x24x365 basis is always available.

Telcom Solutions. offers a building block approach to support your systems with alarm monitoring, notification, reporting and oversight to resolution. This service should be considered a supplement to enhance your already existing Service Agreement with Avaya.
